TRACK BREWING TAP RESIDENCY

Last week we launched brewery residency taps at our bars with Manchester’s Track Brewing kicking off proceedings. We fired a few quick questions at Track sales manager Stefan to find out a bit more about them…

Which one of your beers best defines Track as a brewery?

It's hard to say anything other than Sonoma. Maybe it's not the flashiest beer we do, but it's been with us from the beginning and over time we've tried to develop it into the perfect session beer.

Which upcoming project or release are you really excited about?

We've been really blessed with being able to do collaborations with some of our favourite breweries from all over Europe, over the next few weeks it looks like we will be doing the same but with American breweries. America has been a big influence on us with regards to brewing top quality IPAs, so it will be great to gain some knowledge and make some great beer with together.

Any hot tips for new breweries in 2019?

As I write this we are actually brewing a beer with a Scottish Brewery called Vault City. They only brew small batch at the moment and specialise in mixed fermented and fruited sours. They dropped some samples off for us and we were really impressed, one to keep your eye on for sure!

The Track tap residency runs into March in all of our bars.
